#NowPlaying: Example - Playing In the Shadows Example’s lyrics are surprisingly honest about life and relationships. It’s easy to rely on hypnotic house beats and slick production to have a hit track,but he adds a very human element of what it means to be young and struggling to make sense of life. A+ to “Playing In the Shadows” (2011). On a side note, I’m firmly convinced that his video for “Stay Awake”, directed by Adam Powell, is a work of art.
